I would definitely say November, December. So, like, towards. The end of the year, when winter arrives or even during September, October, when it's rainy season, I enjoy myself. The most, I think, because I love when it's cold and chilly and you can just go out for a walk or play outside with your friends. I think that's. When I enjoy it the most. How's the weather changed much in recent years? I would say drastically, yes. It's gotten hotter and hotter. And humid, I think because of global warming. It's been really bad lately. Would you say the weather in your hometown is suitable for working? I mean, around December. Yes. But throughout the year, no, it's very, very hot. Back in India. It's like when you get out, it's a lot of humidity and you just don't feel your best. The TV. He goes by the name Marshall Mathers. And I remember I was very young when I watched it. And the reason I love it is because. It's very inspiring because in the movie he shows all of his struggles and the poverty that he went through when he was very. Unfortunate as a child. And even when he was a teenager. And that goes to show how much determination he had towards his dreams. I learned inspiration from that movie. I think it gives you a lot of motivation every time you watch it. It goes to show that. You know, no matter what, no matter where you come from, no matter how small your hometown was or how many obstacles you had in life. But still. You can make it big. And it also goes to show that you just have to be passionate about what it is that you want in your life. And through that, you can achieve the greatest things and you can surpass even your highest levels of insecurities and doubts that you. Have and the fears that you have. And he's also, like, one of my favorite artists. So to see him go through that really inspires you and shows you that you. Can do it no matter what it is that it's usually self-doubt which keeps you from chasing your dreams or from achieving your goals. Can you tell me about your daily routine? When I first get up, I don't like doing anything high maintenance or too quick. I like. To take my time. Once I wake up, I like to just be on my phone. And then gradually get on from there, get up and do my skin care. I start getting dressed and then go downstairs. I make some. Coffee or tea. Even matcha. I love matcha. Eat whatever is available. I try to be mindful of what I put into my body, especially because how I. See people develop some issues with the food that they take. And. Especially because as I'm growing older, my metabolism is going to be different. So I try to be aware. But usually my diet isn't that great. How often do you order food online? I usually order, I would say about. Two to three times a week. Other than that, I would just eat at home. I would actually very much prefer homemade food. Rather than ordering online when there's nothing to eat at home. I tend to gravitate towards ordering through the app. Fast food. Now let's talk about movies. What are the advantages of seeing a movie in the cinema? I would say the advantages of seeing. A movie in a cinema would be that you get to watch it as soon as it comes out. You get to watch it in a. Bigger screen. Instead of just staying at home and watching it through your laptop or TV. I don't think there's a lot of advantages, in my opinion. But I really like the, the experience. Let's say if you're watching it in terms of, like. I'm through IMAX, that experience is really nice because of how the sound system is. It's, it's a really nice experience. Do you like watching movies alone or with other people? So when it's like a, like an ind. Ie film, I like to watch it alone because I feel like that's not everyone's cup of tea. But with psychological Thrillers or horror movies especially, I love watching it with other people because I cannot stand watching. It alone. I get really scared when it's horror films. So having a company with you, it's, it's much better. So. Last year, my mom, who usually prepares the meals at home, she was away for vacation. So I was in charge of cooking the food at home. I learned to prepare this meal, which was pasta arabianta. It's very simple to some people, but from perspective where I've never really cooked anything. At home, it was like a big step for me. I learned this recipe online. Like, I just skimmed through random website. And I started following the recipe. And I actually had a bit of help. From my cousin. I, the reason why I chose this. Food to prepare was because my dad really enjoys pasta or biata. He wouldn't eat any other type of past. A except that for some reason, it doesn't have any, like, meat. It's just literally past. Because I hate spending hours in the kitchen just waiting to cook meat, to eat something. I think that takes the fun out of cooking. Because I just want it quick. I think baking is very fun. Especially little things like cookies that you can make shapes out of. It's like a fun activity for parents and children to do together. Baking is good. On the stove too. But I think that requires a little bit more precision. So kids should bake like Christmas cookies. Probably. Do you think it's important for children to learn how to cook? Absolutely. It's a survival skill, in my opinion. I personally think that you shouldn't treat it like a chore. Or treat it like something that you were forced to do. Because you have to do it forever. You don't know where you're going to be or what kind of situation. Even if you are surrounded by people that are good cooks and you perhaps don't feel like you need to cook yourself. It's always important. To teach children from a young age to be able to kind of put a meal together. Because it's basic, it's survival. Now let's talk about working as a chef. What skills does a person need to be a great chef? Interesting. I think. I mean, from what I've heard, I've never worked as a chef or worked in a kitchen before, but I think it takes a lot of trial and error. So for that reason, I would imagine that the person would have to be very patient. And with that patience, you need to have an inherent. Passion for the food that you're making. I think chefs usually specialize in one or more cuisines. So just having an understanding of the background of the spices where it comes from, of the meat, where it comes from. If you're not passionate about that. It can probably tire you out to be that invested in learning. To patients, passion, and a good environment, like access to good teachers, access to good books, access. To good produce would probably help you hone your craft a lot more.
